Where do you ship from?
I ship from the UK.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. US orders might have a tariff applied at customs. The BUYER is responsible for paying all tariffs/import duty that may apply. Refunds will NOT be given for returned goods due to failure to pay tariffs/duty.

What shipping company do you use?
I use 'Royal Mail' for UK orders and 'UPS' for international orders. Once your order is shipped, you will recieve a shipping notification email with your tracking number included.

How long does it take for you to ship my order?
'Ready to ship' products are usually processed within business 4 days.
'Made to order' products can take up to 14 days to be made and shipped.

I have a question about my order.
Please send an email via the 'Contact' button and include your Order Number that was sent via email.

Can I cancel my order?
'Ready to ship' orders can be cancelled as long as a shipping notification email has not been sent yet.
'Made to order' products can be cancelled within 24hrs or placing your order, as it is a custom made product.
